Being a senior, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with wide hallways and conveniently placed handrails. It made moving around the premises much easier for someone like me.

The only thing I would have asked for is a slightly slower pace from the children working there. While they were friendly and helpful, at times their energy and haste made me feel a bit overwhelmed.

We had a fantastic time visiting the nearby Parque Caldas with our youngest, who is only 3 years old. The playground was perfect for him, with swings, slides, and even a mini train ride. The atmosphere was family-friendly and we enjoyed spending quality time together in such a beautiful setting.

My wife says that it would have been great to have a small indoor play area for our older children, ages 10 and 12.

Staying in downtown Colombia was really convenient as everything was within walking distance. the hotel was fairly reasonable price-wise, and the breakfast was quite tasty with delicious hot cocoa. it had a really nice colonial aesthetic that gave off a cozy ambiance.

The room was a bit musty and outdated, which lessened the overall experience. It was also quite small, and the bathroom could use some work.

Had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. They offered a delightful breakfast that was just what we needed to start each day. The hotel's location could not have been better and allowed us to easily explore the beautiful city. we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel offered a special Easter setting for their guests, which added to the already great experience.

That our room lacked natural light. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else.
